RRQ will play the rest of the 2026 Valorant season with a new name on their jersey. The organization, whose full name is Rex Regum Qeon, announced on its official account that it has signed a partnership with ZOWIE, a maker of gaming peripherals, for VCT Pacific 2026. Esports Insider reported the deal on Monday, March 2, 2026: ZOWIE supplies its monitors to the Valorant roster, and its logo goes on the team's jersey.
The brand is not new to the competition. ZOWIE is already a partner of the league RRQ plays in, VCT Pacific, where one of its monitors is the official screen of the 2026 season. With this deal the brand backs one of the league's teams as well as the competition itself.
Esports Insider, March 2 and February 16, 2026.
What RRQ announced
The announcement was made by the team itself, in a post and a video on its official account. RRQ presented the agreement as an official partnership with ZOWIE. According to Esports Insider, the video shows the players already playing on ZOWIE monitors.
The deal has two parts that the sources name. The first is equipment: ZOWIE provides monitors to the Valorant roster, the team's five-player lineup in Riot Games' tactical shooter. The second is visibility: the ZOWIE logo is placed on the team's jersey.
Nothing else is public. The length of the partnership is not stated, no amount is given, and neither the team's post nor the report says whether the agreement reaches beyond the Valorant roster or beyond the 2026 season. The announcement frames it around VCT Pacific 2026.

Esports Insider describes ZOWIE as a long-standing partner of VCT Pacific, in place since 2023. VCT Pacific is one of the four international leagues of the Valorant Champions Tour, the circuit run by Riot Games, the game's publisher, beside the Americas, EMEA and China.
For 2026 the brand's XL2566X+ is the official monitor of the VCT Pacific season. Esports Insider gives two technical points about it: a refresh rate of up to 540 Hz, meaning the image can be redrawn up to 540 times a second, and a newly developed Fast TN panel, the type of screen the model uses.
The new deal therefore places the same brand at two levels of the same competition. As league partner, ZOWIE supplies the official monitor of the season. As team partner, it equips one of the league's twelve teams and puts its name on that team's shirt. The report does not say which ZOWIE model RRQ's players use.
The same brand across esports
The RRQ agreement is the latest of several ZOWIE deals reported in the space of a few weeks, and Esports Insider recalls them in its report.
The first it recalls is the agreement with ESL FACEIT Group, renewed on February 26, 2026. Under it, Esports Insider reported that day, ZOWIE becomes the exclusive official monitor supplier for the group's main Counter-Strike 2 tournaments in 2026 and 2027. Its XL2586X+ monitors are to be used at every Intel Extreme Masters event over those two years, the IEM Cologne Major in June included, and over the next four seasons of ESL Pro League, starting with Season 23 on March 1. Andreas Jernberg, vice president of brand partnership development at ESL FACEIT Group, gave the refresh rate of the XL2586X+ as 600 Hz in the announcement; the VCT Pacific model is given at up to 540 Hz. The brand also appears on the tournament broadcasts and runs in-person activations at the venues, which include product experiences and chances for fans to win tickets to later tournaments. The two companies first worked together this year at IEM Krakow 2026, the group's first top-level event of the year, where ZOWIE provided the monitors.

He is to help with product development and take part in sports science testing.
An earlier report by the outlet, published on January 26, before IEM Krakow was played offline from January 28 to February 8, traced the brand's event deals. In 2023 ZOWIE became monitor partner of the Valorant Champions Tour in both the Pacific and the Americas. In 2024 it supplied XL2566K monitors for the PGL Counter-Strike 2 Major in Copenhagen. In 2025 it was monitor partner of the StarLadder Budapest Major in November, and it entered a partnership with BLAST for the 2025 Fortnite Global Championship. With the RRQ deal, the brand now works with event organizers in Counter-Strike 2, with a league in Valorant, with an individual player and with a team.
RRQ's road so far in 2026
RRQ come into the partnership after a near miss. Riot introduced a triple-elimination format for the 2026 Kickoff, the event that starts each international league's season, Esports Insider explained in January. All twelve teams of a league start in the upper bracket, a middle bracket is added to the usual upper and lower ones, and a team is out only after its third defeat. The upper and middle finals are best-of-five series, won by the first team to take three maps, and Riot scheduled regular breaks in every region to give players rest. Across the four leagues the Kickoff events add up to 120 games, the same January report counted. Three teams from each region went on to the first Masters of the year, in Santiago, Chile.

One more win would have sent them to Santiago. They then lost three best-of-five series in a row and were eliminated. The January preview had pointed to exactly that risk: a team that loses both the upper final and the middle final plays three best-of-five series in three days, which the outlet said might weigh on player performance.
The three Pacific places went to Nongshim RedForce as first seed, T1 as second and Paper Rex as third, according to Esports Insider's Masters preview of February 20. Masters Santiago runs from February 28 to March 15 at Espacio Riesco, which the preview describes as the largest convention center in Chile, with room for up to 10,000 people. Its Swiss stage was scheduled from February 28 to March 4 and its double-elimination playoffs from March 6 to 15.
It is the first Valorant Masters held in South America, the same preview notes, and it brings together twelve teams, three from each international league. The preview gives the full field by seed.
| League | First seed | Second seed | Third seed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pacific | Nongshim RedForce | T1 | Paper Rex |
| Americas | FURIA | G2 Esports | NRG Esports |
| EMEA | BBL Esports | Gentle Mates | Team Liquid |
| China | All Gamers | Xi Lai Gaming | EDward Gaming |

The seeding shows what the last step of the Kickoff was worth. The first seed of each league goes straight to the playoffs, while the other eight teams must win two best-of-three series in the Swiss stage, where the top four advance to join them, according to the preview.
Stage 1 and the road to London
RRQ's next matches come in Stage 1 of VCT Pacific. Esports Insider's report of February 16 says Stage 1 starts in April in every international league, after Masters Santiago, with each league's teams split into two groups played as a single round-robin, where every team meets each other team in its group once. The groups carry the same names in every league, Alpha and Omega, and the report lists the Pacific draw as follows.
| Group | Teams |
|---|---|
| Alpha | Nongshim RedForce, Paper Rex, DRX, Global Esports, Gen.G Esports, Team Secret |
| Omega | T1, RRQ, DetonatioN FocusMe, FULL SENSE, ZETA DIVISION, VARREL |
Esports Insider, February 16, 2026.
RRQ are drawn in Group Omega with T1, one of the three Pacific teams at Masters Santiago and the winners of Masters Bangkok in 2025. Paper Rex, the 2025 Masters Toronto champions, and Nongshim RedForce are in the other group.
The stake is the next international event. The top three teams of each league at the end of Stage 1 qualify for Masters London in June, the second Masters of the year, according to Esports Insider. Esports Insider's March report on the ZOWIE deal says RRQ can still earn a place there through the rest of the season.
Results at the Masters also count beyond them. At Masters Santiago, Championship Points are awarded on a fixed scale: six for the winner, four for the runner-up, three for third place, two for fourth and one each for fifth and sixth, and they count toward qualification for Valorant Champions Shanghai. Stage 1 matches will be streamed on the regional VCT Pacific channels on Twitch and YouTube, the outlet adds.
