The first and second teams of the 2025 Europe MENA League Finals in Rainbow Six Siege have changed shape on the same day. Ubisoft's official esports record shows that on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, jume joined Team Falcons as a player and Shaiiko left the team. The same record, on G2 Esports' page, shows Shaiiko and Benjamaster joining G2 that day, and BlaZ leaving.
The record is the one Ubisoft, the publisher of the game, keeps for every team in its competitions: a dated timeline of who joined, who left, in which role, and where the team finished in each event. It is the league's own register of the moves. No fee, no contract length and no other term has been published for any of them.
The timing matters. The Europe MENA League Kickoff, the first official competition of the 2026 season for the region's top teams, begins on Monday, March 30, according to the season outline Ubisoft published in February. Both teams therefore have five days to settle their new lineups before their first matches.

What the official record shows
On Team Falcons' page, the two entries of March 25 read as a pair: jume joined the team as a player, and Shaiiko left the team. No other change is recorded for Falcons in 2026 before that date.
On G2 Esports' page, the movement is larger and spread over a week. On March 20, Loira left the team. On March 25, Shaiiko and Benjamaster both joined as players, and BlaZ left. In five days, two members left G2 and two players joined.

Shaiiko leaves one top team of the region and lands at another the same day, while Falcons fill his place with a player who was not on either roster. Ubisoft's record does not say where jume played before, and no terms have been published for any of the moves.
For Falcons, the change touches a lineup that had stayed together for a full year. For G2, it is the second change to the team in nine months.
The Falcons lineup built in March 2025
Shaiiko arrived at Falcons as part of a complete rebuild. On March 5, 2025, Ubisoft's record shows five players joining the team on the same day: Yuzus, Solotov, BriD, LikEfac and Shaiiko. Stooflex joined as coach and Eaglemees as analyst, and one member left the team.
Six members of the previous team left in one block on April 29, 2025. Two more staff changes followed. JULIO joined as coach on May 14, 2025, and on June 10, 2025, Stooflex left his coaching role and rejoined the team as analyst.
From then until this week, the record shows no change among the players. The five who arrived in March 2025 played the whole 2025 season together, up to the Six Invitational in February 2026. The Six Invitational is the event that closes each Rainbow Six season, the one that Ubisoft's season outline names as the end point of the 2026 to 2027 calendar.
On the record, then, Falcons now field four of the five players signed in March 2025, Yuzus, Solotov, BriD and LikEfac, with jume in the fifth place.

The team Shaiiko leaves had become one of the most consistent in the region. Over the 2025 season, Ubisoft's record lists Falcons second in Stage 1 of the Europe MENA League, first in Stage 2, second at the Munich Major and first at the Europe MENA League Finals. At the Six Invitational 2026, played at the Adidas Arena in Paris, they finished third.
G2 Esports, the team he joins, went through the same events with more uneven results. The table sets the two records side by side, with the prize money each team received as Ubisoft lists it.
| Event | Team Falcons | G2 Esports |
|---|---|---|
| Six Invitational 2025 | 7th, US$105,000 | 11th, US$75,000 |
| RE:LO:AD 2025 | 7th, US$20,000 | 10th, US$12,000 |
| Europe MENA League Stage 1, 2025 | 2nd, €16,250 | 1st, €25,000 |
| Europe MENA League Stage 2, 2025 | 1st, €25,000 | 3rd, €13,750 |
| Munich Major 2025 | 2nd, US$125,000 | 5th, US$30,000 |
| Europe MENA League Finals 2025 | 1st, €40,000 | 2nd, €20,000 |
| Six Invitational 2026 | 3rd, US$240,000 | 9th, US$75,000 |
Ubisoft's official team records. Falcons' Six Invitational 2025 result was achieved by the lineup before the March 2025 rebuild.
The figures put Shaiiko's year at Falcons in numbers. From RE:LO:AD in May 2025 to the Six Invitational 2026, the events he played with the team, Ubisoft lists Falcons' prize money at US$385,000 from international events and €81,250 from the regional league. G2's figures over the same events come to US$117,000 and €58,750. The two currencies are kept apart, as Ubisoft lists them.
The two teams traded places at the top of the Europe MENA League: G2 won Stage 1 with Falcons second, Falcons won Stage 2 and the Finals, with G2 runners-up in the Finals. The gap opened at the international events, where Falcons reached the Munich final and a Six Invitational podium.
G2's second change in nine months
G2 had already changed their lineup once during 2025. On June 10, 2025, Ubisoft's record shows Stompn joining as a player and one member leaving the team. With that change made, G2 won Stage 1 of the Europe MENA League, the event the record dates June 16, 2025.

With Stompn's arrival the summer before, three of the five players on G2's roster in Ubisoft's record joined within nine months.
G2 ended the Six Invitational 2026 in ninth place. Shaiiko arrives from a season that included the Munich final and a third place at the Six Invitational 2026 with Falcons; on Ubisoft's record, G2's best international finish over the same season was fifth in Munich.
The Kickoff comes first
Neither team waits long to play. Ubisoft's season outline of February 15 describes the Season Kickoff as the new opening stage for the top teams of each region, and it decides who goes to the first Major of the season, in May.
The season itself is already under way below them. Ubisoft's outline opened the 2026 to 2027 calendar with the Challenger Series, played in the South American, North American, Europe MENA and Asia-Pacific regions: qualifiers on February 21, 22 and 28 and March 1, a Swiss phase from March 3 to 8 and finals from March 12 to 15. The moves of March 25 come ten days after those finals and before the top division starts.
In the Europe MENA League, Ubisoft's February outline sets it out like this.
- Group stage, from March 30Ten teams play each other once in a single round robin, each match a best-of-one: one map decides it. The top eight go through.
- Kickoff Finals, from April 15The eight qualified teams play a double-elimination bracket in best-of-three series. A team is out after its second defeat.
- The May MajorThe top four of the Finals qualify for the May Major, alongside the top four of each of the other regional leagues.
A best-of-one leaves no margin. A new player has to fit in from the first map, and each loss counts directly in a table where two of the ten teams go home before the Finals.

For Falcons and G2, the first matches with jume, Shaiiko and Benjamaster therefore count toward the whole season, not only toward the spring.
What the season holds after that
The calendar after the Kickoff is already set out by Ubisoft. The Majors, the big international events of the circuit, are played in May and in November. Each takes the top four teams of every regional league: on the Kickoff results for the May Major and on Stage 2 for the November one. A Major has three phases: an eight-team bracket, a sixteen-team Swiss stage where teams play opponents with the same record, and an eight-team double-elimination playoff, with a best-of-five grand final.
Between the two, the Europe MENA League holds its two stages, each with its own champion, starting with Stage 1 on June 8. The Regional League Finals, which Falcons won in November 2025, have been removed. Ubisoft put it plainly: "The standalone Regional League Finals have also been removed."
The Rainbow Six tournament of the Esports World Cup sits in the middle of the season, from August 4 to 14, with a prize pool of US$2,000,000 and US$750,000 for the winners. Four places go to Europe MENA League teams, decided on Stage 1 results. The other places follow the same pattern: four each for the North American, South American, Chinese and Asia-Pacific leagues, one for a MENA qualifier, and one for Team Secret as the defending champions. The runners-up receive US$350,000 and the third-placed team US$200,000.
At the end comes the Six Invitational 2027. Ubisoft says its field will be the top 14 teams in SI Points at the end of the season, the winner of the 2026 Esports World Cup and the winners of five regional Last Chance Qualifiers, the final qualifiers for teams that missed the direct places. With the Regional League Finals gone, every event from March 30 onward counts toward that race, and both teams start it with their new lineups.
